Gift Cards Gift cards are available for purchase online and can be used in our Upper East Side store or online at www.kiitosmarimekko.com or www.marimekkouppereastside.com only. All gift cards are processed manually in-store, so the customer should include the gift card number (located on the back of the card) in the comments section of their order. The balance on the gift card will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
Sales Tax All New York orders are subject current sales tax rates. Sales tax is applied to merchandise total and shipping.
Shipping & Handling Marimekko Upper East Side now ships primarily by UPS and USPS, but can ship via FedEx when requested. All expedited shipping costs are automatically calculated by UPS during checkout using weight and destination information. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes using UPS or FedEx but we will automatically ship via USPS when a P.O. Box is provided as the shipping address. The same $10 flat-rate will apply.

Please note, providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information (ie. missing apartment numbers or incorrect zip codes) will result in a $10 shipping correction fee when the carrier charges us for a correction or if the shipment is returned back to us.
International Customers Our website now accepts international addresses! When we receive your order we will email you exact shipping prices & options. Please note that this price will include a $5 handling and packaging charge. Please e-mail us for any international inquiries. You can visit the US Post Office site to calculate approximate international shipping costs. Keep in mind, while we will try to use flate-rate packaging whenever possible, most orders will not fit into flate-rate boxes.
Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to incremental import duties and taxes. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. All prices on our site are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). The price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges. Return/Exchange Policy To return or exchange an item you must call 800.527.0624 or email us at email@example.com within 10 days of the delivery date for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be displayed on the outside of the packaging. The item must be returned within two weeks of the date it was delivered.
All merchandise ordered via marimekkouppereastside.com or kiitosmarimekko.com may be returned for a full-refund (less shipping) or exchange, including sale merchandise.
Marimekko Upper East Side reserves the right to refuse refunds on merchandise that is worn or used. Re-stocking fees may be charged on bedding that is not returned in the original packaging.
All fabric orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return/exchange. We offer a reduced flat-rate of $8 on shipping of exchange items (domestic shipping only, international customers should contact us for a return shipping quote). No refunds will be made on shipping or duty fee charges.
For the holiday season we extend our return/exchange period. Purchases made from the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve may be exchanged through the end of the following January. Full refunds are given until January 15th for purchases made during this period as well.

Please be aware that we do not carry large volumes of stock; in many cases we may carry only one or two pieces of a specific size. If you would like to order a specific Marimekko product that you do not see featured on our site, please contact us via phone or email. We can special order a wide range of Marimekko products from Finland as long as they are available and not discontinued.

Rewards Membership All customers will be given the option to become "Rewards Members" during the checkout process. Domestic Rewards Members receive free shipping on any order subtotaling $200 or more (before taxes & shipping). Members also receive a $50 gift card for every $500 spent (not including taxes or shipping). Reward Membership is tracked manually in-store.
